This concealed carry course includes instruction in:
Eligibility and the Application Process, Firearm Safety, Handguns and Ammunition, Pistolcraft, Legal Issues for Concealed Carry, Use of Force and Mindset of Concealed Carry, Personal & Home Safety.
Students will also go to a firing range and shoot 50 rounds of ammo.

As police officers, we have the right to carry a concealed handgun off duty. We feel it is the right of every law abiding American to carry a concealed handgun if they so desire. It is a right that is guaranteed to each and every one of us and we will continue to train as many people as we can in the use of firearms and concealed carry.
Fred Romano has been a police officer for the past 30 years. During those 30 years, he has attended numerous schools and training on firearms, tactics and self-defense. He was a member of the Hamilton County Police Association SWAT for 8 years and also worked as an undercover drug agent for a multi-jurisdictional drug task force. He is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati with a B.S. in Criminal Justice. Fred served 8 years in the United States Marine Corp Reserve as a military policeman, he is also certified pistol instructor and recruiter for the NRA.
Keenan Riordan has been a police officer since 1998 and a member of Hamilton County Police Association SWAT for the past 7 years. He has been a certified firearms instructor with the Ohio Police Officers Training Academy since 2005. He has trained both police and civilians in the use of firearms for the past 4 years. He has a B.S. degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Cincinnati. Keenan is a fitness fanatic and has completed numerous triathlons and is a 3 time marathon finisher.
Marine Corps veteran. Over 20 years law enforcement experience. Tactical Operator for the Hamilton County Regional SWAT Team. Owner/Chief Instructor of CBA Tactical Training & Consulting which focuses on how the mind processes information during high stress conditions, overcoming the effects of stress on the mind and body, allowing you to make better decisions and actions during critical incidents. My training has included beginner shooters to corporate clients on how their employees can use their brain to overcome stress and fear. I have real world experience in dealing with critical incidents from serving "high risk" search warrants, hostage situations, apprehension of "high risk" suspects.
Dale is a 30 year law enforcement veteran serving as a Sergeant for the Hamilton County Park Rangers and is currently serving as a police officer for the City of Springdale. Dale has received a great amount of tactical training and experience through his years as a law enforcement officer and enjoys passing that knowledge on to others. He is a certified firearms instructor through the National Rifle Association. Dale also has that real world experience in dealing with critical incidents.
